How can you be environmentally friendly at work?

I can be environmentally at work if I use correctly the waste separation, being aware about the use of each garbage can; also if I reduce the consumption of the water and the energy as much as possible, as those are naturals recourse that help to preserve the ecosystem; and finally if I implement the three r (reduce, recycle and reuse) because in that way we can extend the lifecycle of the things.

 

What kind of incentives could a green company offer to its employees?

A green company could offer to its employees instructions and tools to be environmentally friendly; meetings and talks about the environment; tree sowing and sale of recycled things campaigns; and give recognize and prizes to employees who have had more compromise with the environment.

 

In what other ways could businesses involve their employees in environmental issues?

Businesses could put on the office's walls post or pictures that show the consequences of the contamination and others environmental issues that affect the environment, because as humans we have to know how our actions affects our world; Another way is create a green team who will have the obligation to leader events and campaigns about the environment, supervise that everyone follow and apply, the actions that the green businesses are looking for in their employees; Last but not least the businesses could have big green zones with beautiful trees, plants and flowers, in order to the employees feeling more close with the nature that we want to take care and also this could encourage employees to be more environmentally friendly for themselves without anyone have to tell them.
